Machine-Mounter Locator (MML)
The IntelliZone Machine Mounted Locator (MML) provides crucial diagnostic and positional feedback when mounted on articulating or standard mobile equipment. The Matrix MML enhances the system’s diagnostic capabilities and is used to create zones that move in sync with articulating equipment.
Matrix Part Number: 10002910
Note: MML comes standard on new IntelliZone systems and is easy to add on existing systems.
For Easier Diagnostic & In-Cab Directional Alerting
The IntelliZone® Enhanced Status Screen provides a quick visual report, showing if your system drivers and locators and working properly. This optional accessory decreases the time required to trouble-shoot a system issue without the use of a laptop or other machine control interface tools.
The Matrix Enhanced Status Screen also provides in-cab directional zone breach information for mobile equipment operators.
NOTE: The Enhanced Status Screen is included with new IntelliZone systems, and is easy to add on existing systems.

The IntelliZone Light Sensor Switch allows a CM operator to use their cap lamp beam to turn on or turn off zones or activate IntelliZone’s maintenance mode. It can also be used on haulage vehicles to activate a bypass mode or set a PTO zone on LHDs or Scoops.
Hands-free switching allows the operator to continue operating his machine while making needed changes. They simply direct their beam on the Light Sensor Switch to activate or deactivate a function.
The IntelliZone Light Sensor Switch is lumens-programmable, so it can’t be accidentally triggered. It can be set so the beam has to stay on the sensor to remain activated, or to “flash” the sensor and keep it activated for whatever length of time is needed. It also has an adjustable timer so it can be set to deactivate a function, such as maintenance mode, after a predetermined time.
The Matrix Cap Lamp Locator is a robust, wearable headlamp device that communicates with an active IntelliZone controller and drivers.
NOTE: Currently available in South Africa only.
